  • Representing Rotary International, Debra presented her model to the United Nations at their International Drug Controle Programme: Developing an International Strategy Conference. Debra has had the privilege of meeting with two Rotary International Presidents to further the mission of youth mentoring worldwide, 1994.
  • Served as initial Project Manager for Governor Wilson’s California Mentor Initiative state-wide technical assistance and training contract, 1997.
  • Contracted with an international philanthropic organization to replicate her community development model worldwide.
